GMC Publications, Project / Features Editor

The Guild of Master Craftsman Publications, a leading publisher of photography, craft, wellbeing, woodworking and children’s magazines and books, is looking for an experienced Project / Features Editor.

GMC Publications’ titles include Breathe, Zen Colouring, Woodworking Crafts, Outdoor Photography and Knitting.

The ideal candidate will have considerable editorial experience across print and digital media, including commissioning, feature writing, and rewriting, editing and subbing copy.

Knowledge of craft, children or wellbeing publishing is preferred, but not essential. Meticulous attention to detail, an excellent command of the English language and first-rate organisational skills are essential.

The role will be based in Lewes, East Sussex. The role is office-based, but some homeworking may be possible. Flexible working hours considered. Salary dependent on experience.
