Kickstart – Editorial Assistant

We have a great Kickstart opportunity with Newtrade Media, a B2B publisher who is looking for an Editorial Assistant to join their team. If you are an aspiring journalist, can produce creative and accurate copy, are highly organised and a confident communicator, this Editorial Assistant might be the first step of your journalistic career! This role will be a hybrid of remote working and office based (at least 2 days a week when Covid restrictions allow it).   

What you’ll be doing:

• Help the editorial team with research and interviews for news, features and insight
• Write copy, create surveys, analyse data and source story ideas
• Assist in copy editing and proofing pages for print
• Work effectively by completing tasks to deadline

• Not be in full-time education
