Your role: Senior reporter

The Times & Sunday Times are looking for a senior reporter with national newsroom experience.

The successful candidate will be comfortable covering the biggest stories of the day, and have the ability to generate and pitch their own ideas. They must have a sharp eye for a story, an understanding and interest in Irish politics, be able to work collaboratively and have the ability to write accurate copy and detailed analysis to tight deadlines. A track record of breaking exclusive news stories is a must. Experience working on a newdesk is a plus, as the role will involve deputising for the digital news editor one day each week, and covering holidays.

This role involves working across The Times and Sunday Times digital and print platforms, as part of a 7-day newsroom team.
