Job Description:

You Will:
  • Lead initiatives to track, report on, and improve member activation and engagement with WSJ+. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of past and current projects across the team in order to accurately interpret membership data and share insights to boost future performance.
  • Execute targeted marketing campaigns to drive member activation and engagement. Write creative briefs, collaborate with project managers and designers, and manage stakeholder approvals to deliver creative assets. Collaborate with teams across the business to program campaigns, and manage clear reporting streams to track progress.
  • Lead cross-functional efforts to develop new data reporting streams and enhance existing reporting and insights in order to advance understanding of members and the impact of the WSJ+ program
  • Coordinate customer service communications related to WSJ+, monitor member feedback, and handle customer inquiries. Report on customer service trends to the wider team to address issues and mitigate risk.
  • Manage shared reporting and documentation for WSJ+ to ensure clear communication and collaboration between team members.
  • Support live and virtual member event logistics to ensure a positive member experience.

You Have:
  • 1-2 years experience working in marketing, communications, or a similar field.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring internal and external communications are clear and accurate.
  • Excellent organizational skills, project management, and time management, with the ability to efficiently manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables at once
  • Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels across the business
  • Comfort interacting with customers in person and via email in a friendly, supportive, and professional manner.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically, with a focus on consistently providing a positive member experience
  • Creativity, resourcefulness, and innovative thinking to reach goals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Initiative to pursue ongoing learning opportunities and stretch goals
  • Experience with web analytics tools preferred
  • Passion for the news and media industry
