Job Description:
As a Senior People Business Advisor - B2C/B2P you will support our global commercial and professional business units including ad sales, membership, and wealth mangement, collaborating with the People team's Center of Experts and People team leadership and advisors to ensure the workforce is fit for purpose. Reporting to the Associate Director, People Business Advisor, you will work within a regional team of people advisors and coordinators to help engage the business through an informed, strategic approach to strategic People initiatives, policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
- Partner with managers and other People practitioners on strategic initiatives, organization development, evolution management, and complex employee issues to strengthen overall organizational effectiveness globally
- Create partnerships, leveraging the strengths of our Centers of Excellence to ensure full service support to the business units
- Support HR Advisors activities during annual cyclical activities including compensation and performance reviews
- Cultivate the internal culture, values, mission and vision
- Awareness of tools and insights from our Community of Experts to help develop the workforce and build careers
- Ensure that company procedures are equitably applied and local legal requirements are met.
- Request, gather and compile reports and analyse trends to measure the effectiveness of human capital practices and use this information in decision-making
- Work with multiple constituents and drive positive changes in a collaborative, convincing manner and manage client expectations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field like Human Resources or Organizational Development
- 5 years HR management experience
- SHRM-SCP, SPHR or similar HR certification preferred
- Experience in Media or Technology & Innovation industries are preferred
- Expertise in federal and state labor law and regulations & managing of labor relations, including contract negotiations, handling grievances and arbitrations, and contract interpretation
- Experience with HR data collection and reporting requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including collaboration, coaching and counseling skills
