As Social Media Lead, you will be working across a mix of high-profile B2C and B2B accounts, and new business, at an award-winning content marketing agency.

The Social Media Lead will be creative and full of new ideas. This is a client-facing role, and you’ll have the ability to think strategically and produce engaging and inspirational content across all platforms. You will lead the social media content process from identifying opportunities and receiving briefs to creating campaigns and setting and monitoring KPIs.

You will also lead social media knowledge and expertise in the agency, sharing the latest developments, trends and best practice with clients and colleagues. You will also manage and develop a team of two.
Some travel may be required. 

Core responsibilities 

  • Leading social best practice across the agency 
  • Maintaining expertise on emerging social trends and technologies 
  • Participating with the brainstorming, organisation and development of social media opportunities across accounts and new business
  • Regularly liaising with clients and external agencies 
  • Creating audience and insight-driven campaigns for all social media channels
  • Setting KPIs, monitoring and reporting, utilising a mix of tools including native and 3rd party channels, Adobe and Google Analytics
