We also run our own digital broadcast network of more than thirty channels across social platforms and OTT video on-demand services; licensing over 15,000 hours of hand-picked long-form content and watched by over 400 million viewers in 2020.  

THE ROLE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 

We are recruiting for a Senior Publicity Manager to join the Marketing Team in London

We are looking for a dynamic and highly-skilled PR expert to help us grow our reputation, shout louder about our achievements, form stronger relationships with key industry publications and reach new audiences.

We need an excellent PR practitioner with first-class media relationships, who is proactive, creative and collaborative. This person needs a passion for the digital, broadcast media and sports industries, and must be expert at organising, prioritising and spotting opportunities.

We are going through a huge transformational growth phase and are looking for the best talent to join us to help shape and build out our offer from a PR perspective. 

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execute creative PR strategies for our Sports, Broadcast Entertainment and Digital Media Network business areas
  • Deliver exciting and innovative PR campaigns
  • Draft and deliver press releases for all areas of the business 
  • Identify spokespeople opportunities for panels, judging and opinion pieces
  • Act as a point of contact and advisor within the business regarding PR issues
  • Contribute to key messaging, briefing notes and press materials for internal stakeholders
  • Ensure the relevant teams and individuals have sight of media coverage and visibility of results achieved, through regular reporting
  • Work closely with Marketing and the different verticals within the business
  • Support the relevant business line teams on issues of crisis management
  • Work closely with All3Media PR team and liaise with any external PR agencies and freelancers

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

Skills and experience matter, attitude is everything. 

  • PR professional with an amazing contacts list and a proven track record of delivery on major communications and PR campaigns 
  • Sports PR experience is essential (either agency or in-house) 
  • A strong understanding of social media/social video and branded content is essential
  • Strong project management and organisational skills
  • First-rate news sense
  • Excellent communication skills and must be an accomplished writer
  • Expert in prioritising workloads while collaborating or working independently
  • A good understanding of global press
  • A minimum of six years’ experience in a related PR role in-house or agency
