Who we need
You! A multi-skilled content producer and audience builder who has the instincts to identify stories before they go viral and the ability to then create and hone them in order to maximise reach.

What you’ll do
You will be familiar with and immersed in the worlds of Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok and more and constantly on the lookout for shareable content that delivers on those platforms, as well as targeting other referrers.

You will write crisp, accurate, short-form stories to accompany a wide variety of compelling and engaging videos. And you will seek out appropriate video to enhance longer-form content.

What you’ve done
You will have at least three years’ experience in online publishing and creating unique, original content that will drive engagement on social media. You will also be familiar with and comfortable in using social analytics tools and have a broad experience and understanding of best SEO practice.

Who you are
You will be ambitious and brave, comfortable with demanding targets and at ease to turn your hand to whatever the needs of the day throw up. You will also want to push boundaries and not just think outside the box, but actually pretend the box never existed.

How we work
We are a small team, working from home and mainly based in and around London. Your location is therefore not an issue. We will however be seeking to supplement daily virtual contact with regular face-to face meetings.
