Editor – Asia Financial

ASIA FINANCIAL NEWS seeks an experienced Editor in the US, Australasia or Asia time zones. The position may be part-time or full-time, depending on the individual. Salary is dependent on experience.   

The role will suit journalists with a deep understanding of Asia, financial markets, technology, business, and economics. The successful candidate will work well under pressure and be as adept at handling breaking news as at honing a world-class feature or video script. An understanding of SEO would be a distinct advantage, as would an ability to conceive and execute data-driven stories.

You will need to nurture reporters, and conjure story ideas for news, features, and analysis. Equally important is that you are a team player with enthusiasm, imagination, and a willingness to go the extra mile.

The position is currently planned as work from home.
