Job Description:

• Working closely with AP for the local vendor management
• Providing support to the business department's PTP procedure, including vendor on boarding, invoice review, PO application and SAP coding, etc.
• Handling local finance's PTP requirements.
• Working closely with the Treasury, manage the manual payments, monitor and reconcile the H2H payment status.
• Monitoring cash position and preparing monthly cash forecasts.
• Handling all bank related issues and projects.
• Hard copy documents and vouchers management
• Review employee reimbursement.
• Responsible for the Bureaus monthly closure and preparing reports.
• Prepare monthly BS reconciliation for Bureaus
• Assistant with other local projects
