Native Advertising Editor UK

Do you have experience in social media journalism or worked with paid social?
Then N365 may be perfect for you.

N365 is an independent content marketing agency, providing engaging content in both digital and print media.

Founded in Sweden in 2011, opened up in the UK in 2016, N365 is now expanding the London office. We are seeking English Editors to join our exciting new journey, end of 2021 or beginning of 2022.

Our modern headquarters in the heart of the Swedish capital Stockholm is made up of 50+ dynamic and creative media professionals – we seek to achieve the same exciting environment in our London office within a few short years.

So, who are N365 UK?

We run brilliant advertorials, i.e. articles for products and services designed to lead to conversions, such as new customers or purchases, using data-driven optimization of our content. We know from experience that if you have a background in digital journalism or worked with paid social, you’re already equipped for this task and will likely enjoy the thrill.

Over the years, we have worked with clients such as Scandinavian Airlines, Network Rail, Bausch + Lomb, Zava, most major gaming companies, and dozens more.

If you’re focused and like to learn new things, you’ll settle right into the world of native advertising. Within a few months, you will be able to follow to client meetings and represent the company, and even manage your own campaigns. Within a few years, you may be out selling our products, assuming the role of managing editor, or doing anything else you are interested in.

We are seeking the following candidates:

  • Have experience in digital journalism and/or worked with paid social.
  • Team players. Working well in a team and helping others are crucial components of our success.
  • Are comfortable writing and working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Humble and not afraid to reconsider old truths in order to help develop our business.
  • Like and understand social media, especially Facebook. The ability to write engaging and interesting headlines is considered an asset.
  • A strong sense of responsibility and ability to work on your own initiative. At the same time you should be prepared to perform tasks outside your duties as we work in an industry that changes constantly.

As an editor you will:

  • Work daily with small and large customers in different industries.
  • Write engaging articles with focus on campaign KPI:s.
  • Produce ads, mostly for paid social, with high engagement.
  • Edit images using Adobe (don’t worry – training provided if needed!)
  • Work continuously with real time optimisation to achieve campaign goals.
  • Develop new strategies and ideas to creatively optimise campaigns.
  • Report data and insights to clients on a weekly – or sometimes – daily basis.
  • Share results and insights with the team.
  • Responsible for client relationships together with Account Managers.
  • Collaborate closely with fellow editors and Account Managers on new biz proposals.

This is a full-time position with a 6-month trial period. Applications will be handled continuously and the position will be filled as soon as possible.

Company

Since N365 started in Sweden 2011, we’ve grown year-on-year to now have 47 employees working at the headquarter in Stockholm. Since our international launch in 2016 when we started up offices in London, Oslo, Copenhagen and Helsinki, N365 family is now 54 people strong.

Not having fun?

For us it’s very important to have fun at work. That doesn’t mean we don’t work hard, because we do, but when you’re passionate about your job it’s more fun to go to work, both when the workload is heavy and when it’s Monday morning.

When you grow – we grow

Team spirit and personal development is very important for us, we don’t expect anyone to know what we do, because no one else does it like we do, but we want both the individuals and the team to develop every day. Humbleness is another important skill for us; we demand every employee to be ready to reconsider their knowledge every day, from day one to forever, because when we don’t challenge ourselves anymore, it isn’t fun anymore

Are you are next star?

Our employees should have a talent for language and writing, and if they’re good with numbers it’s a plus, but except from that it’s all about attitude and willingness to learn.
