JOB DESCRIPTION

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will be working across House Beautiful, Good Housekeeping, Prima and Red assisting in the day to day running of the print and digital content.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Contributing to, and compiling pages on, shopping and merchandise
  • Calling in images and products to support other members of the team with editorial stories
  • Competitor research and sourcing tear sheets for inspiration and mood boards for creative presentations and planning meetings for both editorial and brand partnership/licensing
  • Generating shopping pages and executing them under the direction of the Style and Interiors Editors and the Group Style and Interiors Director:
  • Sourcing and ordering up merchandise to be photographed
  • Booking couriers to transport merchandise to and from shoots/locations
  • Supporting the team in all areas of admin associated with shoots, including invoicing, and recording costs and expenses
  • Assisting on shoots as and when required - overseeing refreshments, organising lunches, packing props and organising couriers
  • General office/administrative support, including processing invoices, detailing costs, logging team absences etc
  • Ensuring look books are on file and all seasonal imagery is up to date on the system
  • Tracking licensing inclusions and aware of advertisers to be included

  • Fantastic communication skills
  • PR contacts (ideally photographers, stylists and location agencies)
  • An awareness of brands and trends
  • Shoot experience
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
  • A collaborative, flexible, and personable attitude
  • Superb attention-to-detail
  • An ability to achieve results through problem-solving
  • Experience (and evidence) of pulling together editorial shopping pages
  • Collaborative
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
