The Dow Jones Risk & Compliance Strategy team is seeking an agile, smart, energetic undergraduate or graduate student to join our team for Summer 2022. We're looking for someone with an interest in compliance and top-notch analytical skills. The intern will join our Strategy team under the global head of Strategy, Risk & Compliance, and will have the opportunity to learn about an exciting and fast-moving industry blending law, technology, data and research into one.

The successful candidate will be working closely with our Professional Information Business and Research Team and aid in analyzing business performance, the assessment of new products and their development as well as in stakeholder engagement across a large multinational company. If you are excited to learn about the growth of a risk-related business within a corporation, are curious about compliance and want to learn how we best help our clients then this internship may be for you!

During this 10-week internship, you will work on a variety of projects, partly related to RegTechs and ESG, and tasks assigned by and under the direction of managers in the Risk & Compliance team.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:

• We're looking for candidates who are either working towards or have completed a bachelor's degree. Master students' applications will also be considered
• Solid research skills
• Enjoys working with data
• Able to work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Exceptional verbal and written communication
• Interest in the RegTech industry and ESG are beneficial
