About Kelsey Media

Kelsey Media is a fast growing media company serving a wide range of audiences across multiple content categories from Women’s Lifestyle to Prestige Cars. Home to some internationally famous brands such as Stuff, Amateur Photographer and Men’s Fitness, Kelsey is currently undergoing a digital transformation and is looking for an individual to work within its digital audience development team and this role will be responsible for working with editorial teams providing data to direct content strategies to achieve agreed objectives of traffic growth and the monetisation of this traffic.

Skills & Experience

Kelsey Media is seeking an individual who has proven experience in delivering robust audience data around keywords and search trends to enable informed strategic editorial decisions to be made. The individual will have a good knowledge of proven best practice in content structure and the ability to define and advise on focussed content strategies. 

Delivery of Audience Development:

  • Utilise data and research to understand and identify audience growth opportunities.
  • Provide clear forecasting based on traffic trends and data.
  • Work closely with editorial teams to agree shared objectives and sell-in long-term plans.
  • Support the formulation and execution of best pactise digital editorial and digital marketing with the primary focus of driving traffic growth.
  • Use advanced measurement to make the most of our ability to test, learn and optimise, proving successes and explaining failures to enrich future activity.
  • Fully competent with SEO applications such as SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz as well as Google Search Console and Google Analytics.

Individual Specification

  • You are a versatile audience development exec with at least 2 years experience and a proven track record of supporting the growth of highly-engaged digital audiences
  • You’re a good communicator with both internal & external stakeholders.
  • You are confident assessing large data sets and deriving insight to help inform our approach.
  • You are openly collaborative by nature and get energy working in a team.
  • A keen eye for cutting-edge creative content.
  • You are highly organised and possess strong project management skills.
