  • Attend and report on relevant and appropriate TV events such as launches, finales, junkets, awards and red carpets (Occasionally this will involve weekend/unsociable hours).
  • Source and conduct interviews with an aim to provide exclusive stories for Digital Spy.
  • Maintain good contacts with TV publicists and the wider industry.
  • Help maintain the TV budget and commission freelancers.
  • Appear on radio, TV and social media broadcasts where necessary.
  • Analyse and report on DS audience data for TV to Editor-in-Chief and wider team, and respond to it.
  • Deputise for the TV Editor in their absence.
  • To attend regular meetings for planning, strategy, and statistical reports across Digital Spy and Hearst UK.
