You will develop and implement a content strategy that delivers against all the brand and business objectives. Working under the direction of the Commercial Content Director, you will be responsible for delivering content into both B2B and B2C channels.
 

ABOUT THE ROLE

  •  
  • B2B
  • Monitor the B2B content calendar and provide marketing content support and other coverage 
  • Under the direction of the CCD, create exclusive membership content, including webinars, videos, guides etc, as briefed by the B2B Memberships Director
  • Support the marketing team in the production of member newsletters 
  • Work closely with the Marketplace executive to ensure that all Marketplace content is on brand and accurate 
  • In collaboration with the relevant teams, set and maintain the strategy and focus for the @CLArtisans Instagram account, setting up parameters for new and UCG content to increase traffic and engagement. 
  • Produce content and collateral to support live Events activities


B2C

  • Create and maintain a content matrix that ensures appropriate coverage for Artisans according to their membership tier
  • Work closely with the editorial team to ensure that the agreed Artisan coverage is adhered to across the year, and when required support in the delivery of editorial content
  • Create promo print and digital collateral for both Marketplace and Events for use in Country Living and other Hearst brands.
  • Support the marketing team in the production of member newsletters

 
GENERAL 

  • Regularly report on content performance to wider team
  • Use analytics tools and data to adjust, mould and accelerate CLMP strategy
     

ABOUT YOU

  • A proven track record of working on multiple digital brands at a senior level. The ability to multi-task, remaining calm and professional under pressure. 
  • An aligned interest with Country Living content, including style and interiors, homes and gardens, sustainability, wildlife and artisans. 
  • A strong eye for data and content strategy, comfortable using Google Analytics and other insight tools to inform content and set targets. 
  • A solid knowledge of both SEO and E-commerce, and how to build a strong search strategy that results in both traffic growth and revenue with the best possible UX.
  • A thorough understanding of social platforms ranging from Facebook and Instagram, to TikTok, Pinterest and YouTube, and how to use them to grow brand.
  • Keep up to speed with new developing social platforms.
  • A proven track record of excellent idea generation, pitching and writing.
  • An excellent team player with proven collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of Photoshop and social media content creation tools
  • Basic video editing skills.
