FHM, PRODUCTION EDITOR
FHM is looking for a brilliant new production editor with super-human organisationalprowess and next-level subbing skills, to join its busy team.
This is a key, senior role on the magazine, as you’ll bemanaging the entire production process of FHM,sub-editing all copy, and maintaining efficient and smoothly-operating workflows across print and digital platforms. You will also be responsible for overseeing FHM.com and the iPad edition of FHM.
As such, we are looking for someone with at least two years’experience as a chief sub or production editor on a consumer title. The ideal candidate will have supreme communication skills and be able to liaise with all sections of the editorial team as well as advertising teams, repro houses and legal teams.
You will also be responsible for maintaining FHM’s style and tone across the magazine, website and social media platforms. It goes without saying you should have a meticulous eye for detail and the ability to spot a typo at 200 yards. Plus, you should be able come up with killer headlines, sells and captions at the drop of a hat.
