About you
You’ll be expected to get hands-on. As part of the behavioural analyst team, you’ll be researching cultural, social and technological shifts as well as changes in industry. You’ll be a lateral thinker with an eye for spotting patterns across multiple industries and an ability to distil complex ideas and jargon into clear, lively language for an international audience.
Articulate and confident, you will have engaging written skills and a broad grasp of research processes.
You’ll have entrepreneurial flair, resourcefulness and initiative. We are a dynamic, creative and ambitious organisation, and as we grow, we’re looking for someone to become a central part of our analyst team. Are you that person?

The day-to-day
Working with our editorial team you will be responsible for:
- Researching consumer trends
- Writing engaging reports and innovative case studies
- Face-to-face investigations and interviews
- Presenting new trends and ideas
- Supporting consultancy projects
Desired Skills and Expertise:
• First-class wordsmith essential
• Ability to distill complexity into plain English
• Excellent editorial skills and desk research
• Well-organised
• Proactive and self-motivated
• Commercially aware and culturally attuned
• Understanding of media and communications industry
• 1-2 years experience in a similar role preferable
• A proven interest in behavioural sciences
• Degree-level education
