Multimedia Editor - Internal Communications

The Role

The Multimedia Editor will be responsible for creating and managing a variety of engaging content across a number of key channels. The focus is on driving and delivering innovative channel content that supports employee engagement across a diverse workforce. You will be responsible for the editorial plan, lead on all video production and commission and oversee the development of high profile campaigns across all key channels including the intranet, internal broadcast channels and the corporate website.

The Candidate

You will have proven communications experience with the ability to operate in a pressurised corporate environment. As a Multimedia Editor you will be focused on delivering effective employee communications and demonstrate a confident, calm and credible working style with a proactive approach to navigating a broad range of stakeholders. Excellent writing, planning and editorial skills and a forensic eye for detail are essential, you will be a strategic thinker and have a well developed influencing style.

You can expect to earn c.£55,000 - £65,000 per annum plus bonus and excellent benefits. This role would suit someone with journalist or PR agency experience.
