Resident Magazines, Editorial Assistant
Archant’s ‘Resident’ magazine portfolio comprises eight luxury lifestyle titles, hand-delivered to London’s most affluent households, as well as Michelin-starred restaurants, five-star hotels, high-end luxury retailers and leading estate agents. Each title is produced to the highest specifications and, uniquely for the marketplace, contains bespoke local lifestyle content including news and high profile interviews.
The dedicated editorial team are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic editorial assistant to join them to help with a variety of duties. This will include writing regular pages, uploading material to the content management system and websites, assisting with social media, picture research, attending events, various administrative duties and dealing with reader queries.
Our ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, relevant work experience, have an interest in magazine publishing, and a commitment to learning on the job. Applicants will need to be able to demonstrate an interest in local London lifestyle topics from neighbourhood news, homes, property, interiors, food & drink, education and fashion.
