You’ll be at Senior Account Executive or Account Manager level, with a strong social media background working with high-profile consumer brands. You’ll have a passion for social media, an awareness of emerging trends and developments, a keen eye for online engagement opportunities and a knack for generating insight-driven and exciting content and campaigns across a range of channels. You’ll know how to respond to customer enquiries appropriately, coupled with an instinct for both avoiding and managing a crisis online.
