An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Marketing specialist to join a dynamic luxury retail organisation based in London. Operating as specialists in the luxury retail, watch and jewellery sectors, they require a Marketing Assistant for one of their high profile brands.  Reporting into the Brand Director and Marketing Manager, you will help plan and execute the Marketing Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Marketing Manager to create and deliver new retail graphics, digital content, advertising materials and sales information to retailers and partners
  • Assist the Marketing Manager in event management
  • Assist the Marketing Manager to deliver training programmes for retailers
  • Create new product launch packs
  • Maintain databases
  • Ensure the Sales Team are kept up to date with all advertising activity
  • Update the POS stock list and requests and efficiently manage the distribution of new POS campaigns
  • Responsible for managing website enquiries
  • Responsible for analysing competitor activity
  • Working with the Sales Team to ensure stock levels are correct and managing logistics for stock movement and POS
  • First point of contact for any marketing enquiries
  • Create and maintain up to date reports
  • Manage all marketing administration

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must have: -

  • A minimum of one years experience within Marketing and Events
  • Ability to prioritise, organise and multi-task are key due to the varied nature of the role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and creative flair
  • Enthusiasm for the product but also for working in a busy, demanding environment
  • Great people skills as this roles involves a significant amount of liaising with retailers, consumers, internal departments and the wider group
  • Excellent IT and numerical skills
  • Experience within the watch and jewellery industry would be an advantage or marketing experience working with a fashion brand
