The Times Graduate Trainee Scheme
The Times invites applications for its 2019 graduate training programme for news reporters.
This is an opportunity to work at Britain's most trusted national newspaper, alongside award-winning journalists.
Successful applicants will receive formal journalism training with News Associates, the UK's No.1 NCTJ school, and on-the-job training on multiple desks at The Times.
The two-year scheme is based in London and includes a six-month placement on our Scottish edition in Glasgow. We are looking for candidates with originality, talent, commitment and a love of journalism.
Applications close at midnight on 2 December.
If you are shortlisted, you need to be available to attend an assessment centre in London in January. If you are offered a traineeship, you will start work at the beginning of September 2019.
