Editorial Manager - Medical Communications - London

We are looking for an Editorial Manager with a strong science background for a fantastic role within a well-established Medical Communications agency. Based in the agency's London office, you will have overall responsibility for a broad range of accounts and projects within the editorial group.

You will take the lead in managing accounts and projects from brief through to delivery ensuring quality and adherence to agreed briefs, budgets and deadlines. You will work closely with the client services team across accounts and will support financial management, strategic planning, organic business growth and new business development. You will also be responsible for establishing longstanding working relationships with clients, taking time to ensure you fully understand their objectives and proactively responding to their business needs.

To be considered for this position you must have significant editorial experience gained from working in a medical comms/medical education agency. In addition, you must have in-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, be up-to-date with the latest industry developments and have sound understanding of the compliance guidelines and codes of practice.

Essential requirements:

*Educated to degree level in Life Sciences or Medicine
*Budget management experience
*Excellent project management skills
*Keen eye for detail
*Strong interpersonal skills
