Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Oversee a small but dynamic team to produce award winning magazines from outset to completion
  • Collaborate with each department ensuring communication is always fluid
  • Oversee the flat planning for each title
  • Liaise and build relationships with all internal departments including advertisers and airlines
  • Ensure schedules are managed and met, accommodating changes to the Production schedule if necessary without impacting on delivery
  • Work to extremely tight deadlines whilst staying calm under pressure
  • Liaise with clients to chase advertising copy offering support to the highest standard at all stages of production
  • Design/amend adverts according to client’s requirements
  • Track the progress of each title and provide support to the Production team where necessary
  • Responsible for the suitability and acceptance of all advertising
  • Ensure all pages are sent to press correctly and on time
  • At the end of each cycle, check the printed copies for quality control
  • Manage our portfolio of Advertising Media platforms by working closely with specific departments and airlines


Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar Print Production managerial role
  • Ability to think both creatively and commercially
  • Outstanding communication and relationship building skills
  • Excellent verbal and written skills with a very keen eye for attention to detail
  • Must have worked in a highly-pressurised, fast paced environment
  • Experience with Indesign and Adobe Creative Suite a must
  • Ability to prioritise, organise workload and manage multiple tasks concurrently
  • Manage clients’ and departmental expectations to the highest standard
