Touchline, Assistant Sports Editor

Touchline is looking for an assistant sports editor to join its London team based in Shoreditch.

The role will involve working on print and digital content, including magazines, reports and social media, across a wide range of sports.

Responsibilities will include copywriting, editing copy, proofreading, client liaison and photo research. Experience in digital publishing and social media is essential.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have strong writing skills
• Have a natural flair for language, excellent grasp of grammar and keen eye for detail
• Have experience working in digital content and social media, and a familiarity with all digital channels
• Be passionate about sport
• Have excellent organisational and communication skills
• Be skilled and confident in working to tight deadlines
• Be comfortable communicating with clients and working in a team
