Account Executive - Consumer PR - UK and Global Mix

A leading integrated communications agency is looking for a digitally-savvy Account Executive with excellent media relations skills to join its thriving team in London. This role will work across the UK and global teams on an exciting and diverse range of high-profile clients.

Media relations is a key focus of this role and you will be expected to demonstrate a clear understanding of what makes a good story and a knack for selling-in client news. You will be encouraged to share ideas for possible news angles and you will be responsible for drafting press and broadcast releases. You will provide essential support across accounts to help ensure they are running efficiently and you will be required to liaise regularly with clients, working to establish a strong day-to-day relationship.

To be considered for this position you must have the following skills and experience:

*Previous PR agency experience
*Sound understanding of the media landscape both in the UK and globally, across traditional and non-traditional/new media channels
*Strong writing skills
*Excellent organisational and time management skills
*Keen eye for detail
