We have a new AM/SAM role on that combines great brands, integrated work at a small agency environment where you can have direct access to the senior team and incredible progression opportunities.

About The Agency

This agency combines the best of both worlds: it’s a small, start up environment of around 8 but part of a larger group so you’ve got all of the benefits (nice culture, close knit team and no layers of hierarchy) but none of the risk/lack of benefits. 

Branded as a PR & Content agency, they offer so much more than PR. Their client list is exciting and work diverse spanning content, social, comms with a mix of global and UK work.

The AM/SAM will work on a diverse mix of household name clients spanning the likes of Bosch, Hotpoint, Baileys, Heineken, Hilton Hotels and government work across a food and drink body. The remit for these clients is varied and will see you working on media strategies, selling in, managing influencer campaigns and partnerships, writing global toolkits and working on creative activations.

Culturally, the agency is a really nice bunch who enjoy their jobs and totally respect that people have lives. It’s not a long hours environment and as it’s a small team, there are no egos. 

The Role – AM/SAM

We are looking for a real all-rounder with experience on blue chip clients, fire in their belly and a can do attitude.

In terms of skill sets, the following are the most important:

-    Confident and comfortable with clients  - giving counsel

-    Organisational skills  - good project manager

-    Creative 360 ideas (not just old school PR) – eye for a story and a love of selling in

-    Good knowledge of the UK media landscape with good news media contacts

-    Ability to write a deck / contribute to pitches

-    Strong presentation skills

-    Ability to independently run projects (on smaller accounts) as well as be part of a larger team (on bigger accounts)
