The Wall Street Journal is looking for a reporter to cover the residential real estate market, a high-profile beat and one of great importance to our readers.
This reporter will join the beat at an exciting time, when growth in some of the country's hottest housing markets has cooled, foreign buyers are pulling back, and the new tax law threatens to upend some major housing markets.
The successful candidate will have a track record of scoops and an ability to write under deadline pressure. The reporter should also have a passion for big ideas and creative storytelling, as well as the ability to work well with colleagues in New York and other bureaus.
