PR Account Manager - Travel and Consumer Tech - Temp to Perm

We are looking for a creative PR Account Manager with excellent media skills for a temp to perm role within the thriving London team of a leading global communications agency. This role will primarily focus on an exciting portfolio of high-profile travel and consumer technology clients.

You will help to drive the day-to-day running of these busy accounts and you will provide essential support to the Account Directors. You will collaborate with the senior team to develop campaign strategy and you will support junior team members in their learning and development. You will be responsible for delivering creative responses to client briefs and you will be expected to proactively seek out and develop coverage opportunities for clients within target media outlets. You will also provide new business support.

To be considered for this position you must be a self-starter who is passionate about consumer trends, innovations and culture and has an eye for spotting news-jacking opportunities. In addition, you must have excellent consumer PR credentials gained from working in an agency and have a proven track record of managing high-profile consumer accounts. Awareness of the consumer technology industry is desirable but is not essential.
