We are looking for a Writer to work across our developing portfolio of Primary magazines and digital content, fully supporting the Associate Editor.

We are the no. 1 children’s magazine publisher in the UK with the biggest Disney brands including Frozen, Toy Story, Incredibles and The Lion King.

We’re looking for someone to join our Primary magazine team who is passionate about making magazines and creating digital content for children aged 5+.

You could be a Writer looking for a new challenge, a graduate or an Editorial Assistant looking for the next step up. Either way, you’ll be bursting with innovative, original and exciting ideas and be able to create pages that really engage our Primary school audience.

You’ll be able to deliver editorial that our readers and parents want in this highly competitive market. You’ll also be able to deliver exciting, creative ideas that will engage our readers in the digital space.

You should be passionate about children’s magazines, organised, motivated and able to remain calm while working to a rigorous and fast-paced schedule.

You should have great communication skills and able to work as part of a successful, high performing team. You’ll have excellent writing/subbing skills and you’ll be thorough, organised and able to prioritise. Knowledge of InDesign is desirable.
