Account Executive - Retail / Property PR

An outstanding B2B / B2C PR agency with an excellent reputation is seeking an Account Executive to join their vibrant and constantly growing team. The agency has a large number of big name clients across the B2B and consumer sectors covering lifestyle, destination, retail and property brands.

About The Account Executive role

As an Account Executive, you will have an exciting opportunity to broaden your creative PR and communications skills within a dynamic and fast paced environment.

In this role you will have the opportunity to:

* Work on award-winning B2B PR campaigns
* Play a key role in creative brainstorming to develop newsworthy stories
* Support with media relations activity for a range of high impact retail, property and destination campaigns
* Create compelling copy for predominantely B2B audiences, leading to impressive media coverage
* Provide vital support to the wider team across PR, marketing and events activity

As an Account Executive, you will have the opportunity to work across some of the agency's biggest client accounts similar to Oxford Street and Westfield Shopping Centre. You will be expected to develop and maintain a fantastic relationship with clients and media alike and demonstrate eagerness to learn and develop.

About you

The new Account Executive will ideally have worked within the B2B PR industry and have a good black book of relevant media contacts.

You will have:

* 6-12 months' B2B PR agency experience
* Excellent contacts within the business and property media, with an interest in retail and destination PR
* An interest in working within a small agency, with a big agency's mentality
* Strong writing skills and confidence proactively pitching to journalists
* You will be a creative, lateral thinker that is keen for your ideas to be heard
* Previous social media and event management experience is also a plus
