We are currently advertising exciting internship opportunities within the Hello! family.

These roles would suit candidates who are avid readers of Hello! and regular visitors to our website Hello.com.

In addition, the successful candidate will have an excellent working knowledge of the Royal Family as well as current celebrities.

We particularly welcome applications from graduates who hold a degree of postgraduate qualification (or equivalent) in Journalism.

Online Lifestyle Intern - Working on our website HelloMagazine.com

Although this is not an exclusive list the main responsibilities and duties will include:

  • Research and write articles for the HELLO! lifestyle channels on the website.
  • Assist the online team with research tasks when required
  • To write regular features, news stories and advertorials as directed
  • To attend launches, events, photo-calls and premieres, as required
  • To carry out interviews, liaising with PRs to arrange interview times, when required

  • TASK - In no more than 300 words please write a news piece on a celebrity's outfit/look from the Cannes Film Festival 2019 red carpet. Be sure to choose someone who you think is perfect for the HELLO! reader.

Start date: 10 June 2019

Hours of work: Monday – Friday, 9:00 – 17:00 (including a one hour unpaid lunch break) Please note that as is standard within the industry you may, on occasion be required to work additional hours.

Duration: 6 months

HELLO! celebrates the kindness and community of women through our annual  HELLO! Inspiration Awards hosted by our Editor in Chief Rosie Nixon who is an ambassador for the charity Wellbeing of Women; a health charity saving and changing the lives of women, girls and babies. HELLO! has partnered with Wellbeing of Women to launch the Menopause Workplace Pledge to which hundreds of UK employers including BBC, M&S, Royal Mail and Channel 4 have signed up to.

Our Digital and Commercial teams are based in our gorgeous WeWork office at Blackfriars and our print magazine team are close neighbours at HELLO! HQ. 

HELLO! supports hybrid working our Commercial and Print Magazine teams are office based on Tuesday and Wednesday and our Digital team on Wednesday and Thursday.
