Account Director - Consumer Packaged Goods - London

A global PR agency is seeking a polished Account Director to join its Consumer Goods Sector in London. The successful candidate will be an accomplished communications professional who will play a pivotal role in the growth of the division.

The Account Director will work closely with the sector and specialist team to develop an integrated offering that combines corporate, employee and sector communication expertise. This fast paced and ambitious team delivers award winning work for both some of the world's largest consumer brands and some of the most exciting market disrupters; devising and implementing major brand initiatives, both globally and locally, running busy press offices, creating toolkits and developing content and publishing strategies for clients.

To be considered for this position you must have a strategic mind-set with an innate ability to see the wider communications picture. In addition, you must have excellent interpersonal skills with the proven ability to liaise with people of all levels and across multiple teams. The ideal candidate will have a solid experience at telling CSR and company related stories to both a business and consumer audience, encompassing experience in sustainability, gender and diversity, and innovation.
