Job Details

This is a great opportunity for a talented sub-editor to join a large industry body as an editor to help put together research reports on the global telecoms markets.

The reports are written by sector specific experts and the role of editor is to work closely with these analysts to ensure the reports read well and are error free.

They cover everything from major business trends, to technology and the economic state of regions or particular market segments.

As editor you will also work closely with the design team, ensuring all reports have a consistency in their layout and format.

Along with a portfolio of definitive industry reports my client also produces a host of industry-leading events across the globe.

This position is part of a drive to improve the quality of reports, therefore it's an integral part of the business going forward.

Excellent subbing skills and a keen eye for detail are fundamental to this job, this is not a writing position, although the ability for re-writing elements to make the copy flow better is important.

You must have experience using Word, PowerPoint, In-design and online content management systems, having an interest in technology would be a bonus.

Some of the reports will contain data in the body copy and in the form of graphs and charts, so experience working with content of this type will also be a major advantage.

You will be joining a growing organisation, that really looks after their staff, with modern offices in the city and a collegial working atmosphere.
