Account Director - Medical Education - Global Agency

A prestigious communications and public affairs consultancy has an opening for an Account Director within its Medical Education team based in Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing team and work on a wide variety accounts and projects.

You will provide strategic direction to key client accounts and will be responsible for the successful delivery of agreed activity and ensuring budgets are adhered to. You will manage the internal team and external freelance suppliers whilst closely overseeing day-to-day activity. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with clients and will be tasked with providing clients with strategic counsel based in their objectives and wider industry developments. You will also support new business activity through identifying and pursuing opportunities and project managing new business proposals and pitches.

To be considered for this position you must have the following skills and experience:

*Significant medical education experience gained from working in a consultancy/medical education agency
*Strong scientific background
*Sound commercial acumen
*Excellent client handling skills
