Account Manager - Healthcare Communications- London

An opportunity has arisen for a polished and experienced Account Manager to join one of the largest and most experienced teams of medical communications professionals in the UK. You will be responsible for the strategic direction of healthcare accounts and lead across a diverse portfolio of client programmes ensuring the delivery of effective, measurable results with memorable outcomes, which will far exceed your clients' expectations. You will be expected to deliver, perform well and manage client accounts to consistently high levels. In addition, you will be in charge of a strong team of Account Executives and be motivational, inspiring and supportive leader, helping them to achieve goals and hit targets.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional communications skills as well as a strong ability to liaise effectively with people of all levels. Good team-playing ability as well as distinguished interpersonal and leadership skills are essential. You'll be building a rapport with clients and colleagues and helping to develop new business for the agency, so some prior experience developing, growing and winning accounts will be viewed favourably.

To be eligible for this position you must also have a solid background within medical communications/medical education as well as a proven track record in the delivery of excellent programmes.
