Project Manager - Digital Healthcare - Windsor

A Digital Healthcare agency in Windsor is seeking a Project Manager with outstanding project management skills to take a key role and manage projects and account work. The successful candidate will need to be an excellent communicator and will work on excellent creative briefs in collaboration with agency teams. The position centres on planning, communications, consulting, financial planning and leadership.
This is a rare Project Manager role and the client is happy to consider candidates coming from various creative Healthcare backgrounds. Intelligent, knowledgeable and authoritative: the successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of projects and will also mentor junior members of the team. The main job of the Project Manager at this excellent agency is to ensure that project parameters are established and to develop, manage and execute plans, while also directing and motivating a team of professionals.
To be considered you must have:
-Exceptional project management skills and a proven track record managing projects in a Healthcare marketing environment to great success
-Specific project role expertise such as: business analysis, information architecture or engineering
-A talent for organisation and prioritisation, business process orientation and follow-through orientation
-Experience developing work plans for projects
-The ability to juggle multiple tasks and work independently
-A background in Healthcare Advertising, or Digital Healthcare Marketing
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present
-Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to juggle various responsibilities
-Powerful negotiation skills
-The ability to manage, motivate and inspire more junior team members
-An analytical mindset and the ability to interpret different forms of data
-The ability to lead by example and also put administrative structure in place on new or existing projects
-Microsoft Office skills, including the ability to use Excel, PowerPoint and Word
