A hugely successful, global Public Relations agency requires an established Director to join their thriving Issues and Crisis team in London. This agency prides itself on their fantastic client base. They seek an experienced senior professional who will naturally take to the role and service major clients with ease, helping to create and implement powerful campaigns, develop the business and work with teams from a top-down perspective. This thriving practice is now entering an exciting phase of growth driven by some exciting new business wins and needs a talented Lead Media Trainer, who will focus on developing and rolling-out exciting new training tools and services.

This is a hands-on role for a driven and focused individual with excellent interpersonal skills and a clear passion for issues and crisis work. Working with colleagues who work for an exciting mix of clients, the successful candidate will contribute to the development and delivery of innovative campaigns, ensuring that all clients receive fantastic support and their business objectives are met.

If successful, you will also play a pivotal role in winning new business and play a significant part in confidently pitching to clients and supporting new business proposals.

They're seeking someone who is:

-A creative thinker, delivering solutions to challenges
-A good writer and verbal communicator with presentation and pitch writing skills
-Someone with strong financial management skills, (invoicing, budget tracking)
-A strategic thinker with experience of strategic Issues and Crisis management
-Used to working as part of an integrated agency team
-Facilitate media training
-A team player with a strong leadership and people management background
-Knowledgeable about the digital landscape

The winning candidate will have relevant Issues & Crisis PR experience, ideally working on big, well-known brands. Agency experience is highly desired, as is experience delivering targeted campaigns. You must also have fantastic communication skills and proven client consultation skills. A stunning track record at this level in a previous agency is a must.
