About i:

The inews.co.uk website has embarked on a period of steep growth. Last year its audience grew by 457%. i’s editorial staff has grown every year since its launch to match the audience and financial success of the brand across all platforms.

Key areas of responsibility:

  1. Commission fast-paced reactive daily opinion pieces around politics, social issues and other key topic areas for i’s loyal readers.

  7. Work with colleagues on other forms of audience engagement with i content.
  8. Edit pieces for accuracy, style and structure, and work with writers on edits when necessary.
  9. Upload commissioned pieces to the site including furniture and imagery, working with SEO and Online Editors to optimise them.
