About The Account Director Role

As a B2C Account Director, you will have an exciting opportunity to develop both your leadership and client servicing skills in an established Consumer PR Agency.

Key Responsibilities for the Account Director:

• Develop client strategy and creative with senior management team which meet clients' business objectives
• Set and achieve KPI's, develop evaluation reports for clients and manage budgets across all accounts and regularly meet with Finance Manager.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with high-end National UK media.
• Monitor and be aware of media trends and developments within the clients' sectors.
• Identify client development opportunities and arrange internal new business plans and support senior management to discuss, research and implement business development strategies through the creation of new teams and new services.

About You

Essential Skills of the Account Director:

• 6 years' experience in PR.
• Ideally have experience in managing and growing accounts.

• Basic salary of circa £40 - 50k (DOE) plus bonus and new business bonus of 10%.
