Senior Account Director - Healthcare PR - Award-Winning Agency

We are looking for a Senior Account Director with excellent healthcare PR credentials for an opportunity within the PR team of a boutique Healthcare Communications agency based in London. This is an award-winning agency and boasts an impressive client portfolio featuring world-leading pharma brands.

You will work closely with a team of experts to develop and implement communication plans and campaigns for an exciting range of accounts. You will be involved in planning account activity against agreed budgets and deadlines and will manage account resourcing and oversee the team to ensure accounts are run efficiently and remain profitable. You will dedicate time to supporting and motivating a talented junior team, offering guidance at all stages and setting targets to encourage their progression.

To be considered for this position you must have proven experience in building strong client relationships with a track record in successfully retaining business and growing accounts. In addition, you must be commercially savvy and have extensive new business experience including leading presentations.

Essential requirements:

*Significant healthcare PR/communications agency experience at AD/SAD level
*Strong leadership skills
*Excellent presentation skills
*Extensive network of senior level media and industry contacts
*Budget management experience
