Job Details
Monocle is looking for a global affairs editor. The job, based out of our office in London, involves some irregular hours and travel. The editor works closely with the bureaux and our extensive correspondent network.
You would look after the commissioning and writing of the Affairs pages in the regular edition of Monocle, as well as in special editions such as The Forecast and our seasonal newspapers.
In addition you would be writing for daily email bulletin the Monocle Minute and contributing ideas for our radio station, Monocle 24.
We are looking for an editor with a proven track record who understands the ambitions of Monocle and is able to land big interviews and delver sharp reporting. Additional languages are beneficial.
The position is available from October and salary is dependent on experience. The temporary contract covers 12 months.
