Senior Associate Director - Healthcare PR - Global Agency

A leading global communications agency is looking for an Associate Director with significant healthcare experience to join its Healthcare team in London. This is a key hire for the team spanning pharma, and consumer health and wellbeing.

You will provide senior strategic counsel across healthcare clients and you will be responsible for motivating, guiding and managing your direct reports. You will also be involved in developing new business by identifying opportunities and leading proposals and pitches.

To be considered for this position you must have the following skills and experience:

*Significant healthcare communications experience gained from working in an agency environment
*Provide senior level strategic counsel and insight, bold ideas and creativity to meet client requirements. Be a trusted advisor to the client, introduce new services and create opportunities that result in revenue growth
*Experience of working with multiple stakeholders within an integrated agency environment
*Thorough understanding of the pharma regulatory environment both in the UK and the region
*Excellent client handling skills
*Help professionally develop and manage other members of the team, act as a team coach, mentor and motivator to the team, creating a high-performance culture.
