MailOnline, the world's largest English-language newspaper website, is looking for an experienced and talented science writer to join the London team.

Suitable candidates will have experience in online reporting with the ability to find and break exclusive stories of national and global interest.

They will be working on the science and technology desk, producing strong news articles as well as creative features on a wide range of topics.

We are looking for someone who specialises in science and technology journalism, and is passionate about the subject matter.

They must be able to decipher lengthy journals and ground-breaking studies to produce newsworthy articles of interest to our global readership. 

Prior experience in online publishing is essential, as is an NCTJ qualification.

The above list is not exhaustive and constantly evolving, based on the needs of the business. Out of hours availability and a high level of adaptability are essential.
