Account Manager - Medical Communications - Bucks

An innovative Medical Communications agency is seeking an exceptional Account Manager to join its thriving team in Buckinghamshire. The successful individual will play a lead role in delivering projects for a diverse mix of top clients.

Working closely with the Account Director, the Account Manager will create and drive forward high-quality Medical Communications' programmes which consistently exceed the client's expectations. The successful applicant will develop a clear understanding of the brand and medical education strategy, key supporting data and messages, as well as that for key competitors. Client satisfaction is at the top of the agency's agenda and it will be the new recruit's responsibility to forge productive client relationships by providing regular updates and strategic counsel when necessary. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of pharmaceutical marketing, be able to accurately analyse and translate scientific data and will also confidently liaise with KOLs and clients.

The agency is growing and the Account Manager will actively contribute to this by supporting new business development, as well as encouraging the progression of the team as a whole.

To be considered for this role you must have the following:

*Solid experience at SAE or AM level within an agency environment ideally coupled with some pharmaceutical industry experience
*Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
*Strong interpersonal skills
*Excellent organisation skills and a keen eye for detail
*Financial acumen
