Account Director - Medical Communications - Bucks

A fast growing Medical Communications agency is looking an Account Director with significant medical education experience to join its team in Buckinghamshire. The successful candidate will lead a small team across a diverse range of projects.

The Account Director will take full responsibility for the agency's medical education programmes; from strategy development through to the management of day-to-day activity and budgets. The new recruit will also be tasked with establishing longstanding relationships with clients and key opinion leaders.

The agency is looking for a strong all-rounder with hands-on project management experience and medical writing and editing capabilities. In addition, they need a highly organised individual who can effectively lead and motivate a team and manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced agency environment.
